I need a few pointers for a new user. I have emailed and called customer service, but no response in a week. I really want to get started ut just need a few questions answered.

  Same! Jeff said to email any questions we have but didn’t tell us who or where to send the inquiries. I’m hoping he has a demo for placing a trade on E*trade Public or another site.
